Manage Aggression in Your Workplace™  Interactive Video Designed to be a half day interactive training program. Interactivity is accomplished through the use of a 68 page Participant's Workbook and/or the use of a Facilitator Handbook. This 55 minute video uses examples which include office, workstation, and industrial based scenes. This training is designed to be a complete Aggression Management Workshop. Compact Video Designed to be shorter version of the above video workshop lasting approximately 25 minutes. The Video is not accompanied by workbooks or facilitator’s handbook. This video can be utilized effectively during orientation, as an introduction to hourly employees or as a refresher for those employees who have participated in one of The Center’s Workshops or who have completed the Interactive Video Workshop. Industry Specific Video The Center has had discussions with companies to develop an industry specific Aggression Management Video Workshop. Then the Center markets and distributes the newly developed industry-specific video to others in the industry, demonstrating the original company as a "leader" in Aggression Management Training in their industry.
