The Center for Aggression Management is pleased to announce that its unique and proprietary “Certified Train-the-Trainer Workshop” is being offered this Spring in Tampa, Florida. 

Sponsored by the University of South Florida’s Safety Florida Consultation Program and OSHA Training Institute Education Center, the workshop will be held (Next workshop TBA) at the USF College of Public Health, Room 2004, located at 13201 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL  33613. 

This workshop provides prospective trainers with comprehensive Aggression Management in-house training capabilities. The program consists of a two-day workshop followed by three days of intensive training including practice-teaching and assessment. Upon successful completion, participants receive a trainers’ handbook, a workshop CD-ROM, and the Center’s Trainer’s Certification. 

Participants learn how to make the workplace safe by applying the skills taught to prevent employee-conflict including assaultive and even violent behavior.  As a result, the enterprise will benefit from significantly increased productivity through reductions in turnover, absenteeism, tardiness and presenteeism (employee is at work but so distracted from others aggression that they lose all productivity) caused by employee friction.
