    Over twenty five years of experience in applied psychology and the behavioral sciences. Practiced in a wide variety of areas including: individual, group & family counseling; psychological & educational evaluations; development, delivery and evaluation of training and staff development; development of instructional technology applications; and consultant to the medical, legal and law enforcement community in Florida on Psychological and Educational matters; conducted child custody evaluations and competency assessments as ordered by the courts; provided Critical Incident Stress Debriefings to victims of crime in the Central Florida area. 

    Senior Aggression Management Trainer for the Center for Aggression Management. Member of the Police Psychological Services Section of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.  International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.   Trained in Crisis Response Team interventions by the National Organization for Victim Assistance as well as Critical Incident Stress Debriefings.  Contracted as Medical Expert for the Social Security Administration and the Florida Department of Labor, Office of Disability Determination for psychological services, including assessments, case review and expert testimony.

    Managed training and training related activities for the U.S. Departments of: Transportation, Energy; Internal Revenue, Defense, including the Defense Training and Performance Data Ctr. of the OSD, Naval Training Systems Center, and U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences.
 
   

 

Served as Family Assistant Counselor for Francis Lewis High School, Flushing, NY; Psychologist for Willowbrook State School, Staten Island, NY (Presently the Staten Island Developmental Center); Evaluation Specialist and School Psychologist for the Division of Special Education, Fairfax Public Schools, Fairfax County, VA,Youth Consultant for the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Dix Hills, NY.
  

  Licensed School Psychologist by the Florida Board or Professional Regulation; Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor, by the National Board of Certified Counselors; Registered Custody Evaluator by the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators; Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists by the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists.

    Numerous publications in the fields of Educational Psychology, Human Factors, Training and Training Research.
