In-House Workshops- are arranged with individual companies. Organizations can choose
from a number of alternatives, which can be customized to meet the specific needs of any
organizations, such as:
Two-Day Comprehensive Workshop- This in-depth workshop
provides a comprehensive coverage of the three Arts of Aggression Management (The
Arts of: Being Prepared, Persuasion and Safe Escape). Participants will learn these "Arts" and be able to apply
them effectively. Those who complete the course receive a Certificate of Achievement as an
Aggression
Manager®
Five-Day Trainer's Workshop- This train-the-trainer
program is intended to provide an in-house training capability for any organization.
Prospective Trainers take the two-day workshop and then have three more days of intensive
training and exercises including practice-teaching and assessment. Upon successful completion,
participants receive Trainer Certification from The Center.
One-Day or Half-Day Accelerated Workshop- Designed for employees with
limited availability, this 8 or 4 hour session provides a participatory learning experience in
first three Arts of Aggression Management.
Two-hour
Awareness Workshop-
Designed to provide employees with awareness that aggression can be
prevented and the support structure to provide the skills.
Half-Day Manager's Overview- Selected decision-makers will
gain a concise understanding of the basic principles and skills needed to effectively
predict, prevent, and defuse aggressive behavior in the workplace. The Overview format
enables participants to understand and evaluate the workshop's potential for wider
application in their organization.
