Organization Development Specialist for Lockheed Martin's Orlando headquarters. Conducted Management Development Workshops, coordinated leadership training and managed the strategic talent development pool for the five company group. Coordinator for a Joint Training Partnership Act project for Lockheed Martin and Valencia Community College sponsoring career development for dislocated Martin employees. Certified for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator by the Center For The Application Of Psychological Type (CAPT).
As Manager of the Career Transition Assistance Program at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center Headquarters, conducted and managed career development counseling for NASA’s senior staff. Designed and managed job fairs.
Lead five Training Instructors and forty-six Line Instructors at LYNX, the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority in all aspects of bus operator technical training for over 500 operators. Graduated from Transportation Safety Institute’s Train-The-Trainer Program. Part of a management team that re-wrote the national federal bus operator training program. Appointed Senior Associate Staff. Certified Senior Aggression Management Trainer.
