(Two-Day Workshop)
    This workshop provides comprehensive coverage of the first three Arts of Aggression Management (The Arts of: Being Prepared, Persuasion and Safe Escape). Role play and interactive training are included. This complete program is described in the first two days of the Trainer’s Workshop Outline and is comprised of two intense eight hour days. Participants receive a Certificate of Achievement as an Aggression Manager.^®
