Participants at National School Boards Association's Annual Conferences

comment on The Arts of Aggression Management®

John Byrnes conducted  "Early Bird" Aggression Management® Workshops during NSBA's Annual Conference in San Francisco and Orlando.   These Workshops were graded by the participants on the following five questions, thus generating an overall workshop rating:  Knowledge of the Subject; Clarity of Presentation; Audience Rapport; Variety of Presentation Methods; Relevance of Handouts.   Based on a 1 to 4 rating system, (4 representing  the highest degree of excellence):  the "Early Bird" Aggression Management Workshops received an overall rating of 3.59.
