| Since the Center for Aggression Management® (CAM) recognizes that its success is directly linked to the quality and dedication of its Trainer cadre, it has established a "career development" system. This system will allow exemplary Trainers to progress into opportunities that not only require a higher level of training and facilitation skills, but also gives them additional duties and responsibilities. Trainers can progress through three different levels of proficiency, Certified Trainer, Senior Trainer and Master Trainer. Senior and Master Certification occurs once both Candidate and CAM agrees that the Candidate demonstrates:
Certified Trainer A Certified Trainer is someone who has completed the Four Day Trainers Workshop and has demonstrated the potential to conduct Supervised Aggression Management® training programs according to the standards established by CAM. Only a Master Trainer can certify someone as a "Certified Trainer." Since this is considered an "apprentice" position, a Certified Trainer can only present CAM Aggression Management® training courses with a Senior/Master Trainer. A Senior/Master Trainer who is working in a second or subsequent position with a Leading Certified Trainer will be deemed for that specific training as a Certified Trainer and paid commensurately. Certified Senior Trainer A Certified Senior Trainer is someone who is capable of administering and presenting a two-day unsupervised Aggression Management® training course. In order to be certified as a "Senior Trainer," the applicant must demonstrate the ability to actually coordinate and present a two day training program/workshop. Only a Master Trainer can certify someone as being a "Senior Trainer." Certified Master Trainer A Certified Master Trainer is an Trainer who has demonstrated a thorough mastery of:
All Trainers' Workshops will be conducted by a Master Trainer.
