OTIEC AM Training Order Form and Pricing

Upon receipt of your order, we will invoice you. Payment may be made by check or credit card. All course fees are due upon the later of the time of registration or 60 days prior to the first day of training.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notification must be in writing to (fax or email are acceptable) and received (not postmarked) by the Center for Aggression Management at least 20 days prior to the start of the course. A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the course fee will be assessed if the notice is given less than 20 days prior to the first day of training. Written cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will be deducted prior to refunds of tuition payments. No refund will be provided to No-shows. Substitutes are welcome without penalty. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for any refunds.

The Center for Aggression Management reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancellation, the Center will refund the tuition to the registrant. The Center for Aggression Managment and the USF OTIEC will not be responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participant in case of cancellation.
