MICHAEL A. CIPOLLARO

Michael Cipollaro, principle shareholder of the Center for Aggression Management, Inc., is the current executive-in-residence at the Crummer Graduate Business School of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Cipollaro teaches international business and management courses and is the faculty mentor for the Crummer Student Consulting Group.

Prior to joining Rollins College, Cipollaro served as president of the International Division of The Gerber Products Company. He also was corporate vice president and managing director international for McCormick & Company, Inc.

Earlier in his career, Cipollaro spent nearly 20 years in marketing and general management positions with CPC International, Inc. in Europe and Latin America.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Cipollaro earned his masters degree in political and economic science at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, D.C. He has studied at the University of Vienna, Austria; the University of Bologna, Italy; and the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
